Report a Rotation Violation or Uncomfortable Situation
The purpose of this form is to collect anonymous accounts from new students and upperclassmen of (1) uncomfortable situations and (2) rotation violations.
The motivation for this form is that new students in the past had no way of voicing their problems with Rotation situations in an efficient fashion to the IHC. We take each submission very seriously, so please be as accurate as possible in what you report.
If you feel comfortable, please provide a description of the event, the time, duration, location, people involved, and other pertinent information. Refer to Student Affairs Policies and Procedures for the current policies on harassment, hazing, and sexual harassment. Also refer to Rotation Rules for the current rotation rules. Keep in mind that events you feel have broken the honor code or simply made you very upset are also appropriate for this form.
The IHC, Deans, MOSH, and Assistant Vice President of Student Life would be willing to discuss matters with you directly.
These reports are completely confidential.
As a last resort, if you do not feel comfortable using this anonymous submission form, please place your comments in an envelope and send it to the MSC of any member of the IHC, or slip it under one of their doors.
