Meeting Minutes

Weekly meetings for the IHC are generally open to the public. They are held on Sundays at 9:30PM in the Hameetman Conference Room (2nd floor of Red Door), and they can be attended by anyone to learn more about what we do.

Minutes for Interhouse Committee meetings are published in accordance with IHC Resolution IX and can be found at the Google Drive folder here. You can also request a copy from the IHC Secretary at any point in time. The current Google Drive includes archives minutes from 1979-1981, and from the age of the existance of the IHC website, 1999-2019. The Caltech Archives (a part of the Caltech library system located in the basement of Beckman Institute) should contain minutes from 1931 to the late 1970s; see their website for rules regarding requesting access. The IHC has also sporadically published minutes in the ASCIT newspaper, The California Tech, including in 1995, 2011, 2018, 2023 and in 2024. These are available in the online archives Caltech CampusPubs, a service of the Caltech Library.
